This Privacy Policy explains how PROFI V US ("we", "our") collects, uses, and stores information when you use our website at profiv.us and the associated Telegram bot @community_directory_bot.
This service is operated by an individual for a Russian-speaking community in the United States. It is not a commercial enterprise.
We only collect data that you actively provide or that is transmitted through the Telegram bot during verification.

We do not collect passwords, payment information, email addresses, or phone numbers. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose beyond operating the directory.
All data is stored in Cloudflare D1, a serverless SQLite database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure in the United States. The website itself runs on Cloudflare Workers (edge computing, US-based).
We do not share your data with any third party, except as required by Cloudflare's standard infrastructure operation. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to their infrastructure: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Telegram's privacy policy governs data you share with Telegram directly: telegram.org/privacy.
Your directory profile — including your name, Telegram handle, photo, location, expertise, and tags — is publicly visible to anyone who visits the website. Do not add information you wish to keep private.
You can set your profile to "Private mode" at any time, which hides your card from the public directory while retaining your data.

We retain your profile data for as long as your account is active. Expired verification tokens are deleted immediately after use. Session tokens persist until you choose to log out.
If you request deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our database.
This service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of PROFI V US after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
